The structure of buildings / residential neighbourhoods has emerged by recycling and recombining the usual residential elements of block, bar, and tower in vertical and horizontal sense, in order to enable a diversified residential configuration, from the apartment with a garden and the classic model of three apartments per stair to a duplex with a patio and rooms with a view. Different heights of particular parts of the residential unit create a dynamic residential landscape and enable simple usage of adjoining terraces on the roofs of lower structures as private and common areas. By multiplying units in different positions interstices with different characteristics emerge within the block.
