The designed multi-storey building is located on the outskirts of the town / at the point where nature begins. The neighbourhood: typical Rijeka suburbs with the common features of competing with the neighbour by means of colour and the obsession with the view of the sea. The residential typology with living-rooms oriented to two sides makes the best of this micro-location. The residential units arranged after the „stack them“ principle are adapted to terrain topography and form a semipermeable membrane on the border of nature and the city.
