The buildings will be shaped in concordance with the topography, dug into the existing terrain. Instead of a building with a unified mass, a structure visually divided into two masses is proposed; it affirms the structure and individual characteristics of life in a residential train. This kind of approach to formal articulation is founded on a concept that requires a dialogue with the existing environment consisting of small-scale family houses. The mass is formed by a full envelope continued from the wall to the roof; the external cladding is executed in artificially oxidised metal sheets, glazed on the sides, with aluminium metalwork and wooden panels.
